This is a very nice hotel, near the center of town. It is basic, but has a nice restaurant. The views are not really great, but it is only a couple of blocks from the harbor, which has really nice views. I've stayed at many places on the island, and overall this is my favorite.
The hotel did not have us on their list the day we checked in but managed to find us a room in the hotel annex next door but when opening the door to our room the bed was not made up and they sent us to another room which was very nice and roomy but the day before checking out we was told due to a leak we will have to move into another room for the last night which was very small compared to the other room. However the staff were very friendly and the general cleanliness of the hotel was very good.
Didn't stay the night, just used this place as a place to rest before catching a late flight. It's 5 minutes walk from all the bars and shops in the centre of Mahon. The guy on reception was lovely and the room was all I needed for a break. Exceptional value considering most hotels charge €30 for a late check out. Only issue I had was I couldn't get any hot water for a shower.
