Run by the kindest and classiest French lady, in the most beautiful village - we were early and they made sure to get the room ready much before time. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay."

When we checked in we didn't receive any information about the hotel, the spa or its facilities / treatments available to us. We weren't told where breakfast would be served or even given a tour of the hotel.
Before arrival, I made the hotel aware that I would be celebrating a special birthday and asked if they could recommend any fun activities we could book for the day. I was told that they would discuss suggestions when we arrive - unfortunately, this did not happen.
Breakfast was lovely but service was often slow. While the luxury hotel matched the price we paid it wasn't reflected in the customer service."
