"I stayed in a club room and the staff and facilities were amazing. Such help and attention to detail. The location is very convenient for the local shopping area. The club. Facilities (including breakfast) were excellent with a wide variety of choice at very good quality."

"The hotel itself was nice, it bothered me that I had to pay for every amenity. If we wanted breakfast we had to pay, pay for laundry, pay for laundry soap, pay for water, pay for an extra towel, it was just a very stingy place. What bothered me most was the Air conditioning and light in my room. I am pretty sure the room never got below 78° Fahrenheit despite having it at the coldest setting the entire time. Also the lights would occasionally stop working, the bathroom light went super dim while I was showering to the point you wouldn't know it was on unless you were looking at it and the lights in the main part of the room wouldn't turn on at all at one point. It was sporadic and strange. Overall just not a great experience. Also you have to pay for the spa/onsen. I understand paying for spa services but paying for an onsen that you advertise as being part of the hotel isn't a good look."
