"The staff provide go above and beyond with their excellent customer service to make sure our stay is comfortable and efficient. While we had to change rooms twice due to uneasiness with a strange pattern on the curtains, dirty sink area, and broken refrigerator, the staff was very understanding by getting us a much better room and making sure everything was comfortable. "I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally. "
