My feedback is we would've loved to be staying IN the castle versus units that were quite far from the castle. "The single room is small, and the overall hotel is simple. Yet it is also extremely practical. I believe the value for what you pay is unmatched. I have never stayed in a hotel where they thought of everything - nice lobby to check emails, friendly staff, affordable snacks accessible 24/7, laundry on site with detergent included, comfortable beds, lock boxes if you have a later flight so you can leave luggage at the hotel, plenty of food options just outside the hotel, walking distance to the subway, even a kids playground nearby. I will for sure come back. "

"Location is great! Very nice and spacious room, with a beautiful view overlooking the park. Front desk staff super helpful in offering an early check in which was much appreciated. Bathroom small but fine. Bed comfortable, except for annoyingly soft and flat pillows. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, especially on weekdays. Overall very nice stay, and would return, just didn’t like how busy it always was in the lobby area. "
