"The hotel was good, very basic, but we were only staying one night, so we had everything we needed. As long as there is a bright clean room, and clean updated bathrooms, I'm happy. The continental breakfast was ok, in my opinion hotels in the US could definitely start offering a few healthier choices and better coffee."

"If you don't mind there not being much in the way of amenities, i.e., no microwave, ironing board, in-room coffee maker, safe, little toiletries, but appreciate a super clean and comfortable room, then you will not be disappointed here. Usually, when we stay in a new place, the first night's sleep is not great. This place, both nights we slept like babies - very clean and comfortable bed with a nice ocean view. The staff is friendly, and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby is great. We look forward to returning to the Hampton House Hotel."
