Blue Ridge Vista is located at the top of the development with a beautiful mountain view! We are located 15 mins. from the Tryon International Equestrian Ctr., close to many quaint historic towns, the Biltmore Estate, Lake Lure & Chimney Rock State Park, hiking, tubing, biking, wineries, golf, tennis, and much more!

Great Property!

We had a lovely time staying at Maggie and Joe’s place. It was the perfect spot for us to stay along with our Frenchie as we were in town for Tryon. Clean, beautiful and great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in Rutherfordton. The place is a downstairs area with a beautiful backyard to look out on. The only thing we disliked was the absence of a sink other than in the bathroom. Nice place.

Maggie and Joe were very kind and accommodating. The property is very nice and super clean, with everything we needed and a variety of coffee, tea, and snacks. Joe met us and showed us around, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in Tryon!

Great time

We went to Forest City to see the lights. Property was just a few minutes from downtown. Very clean and hosts were great. I had a couple questions and she got back to me within ten minutes.

TIEC Show

This property is perfect for TIEC. It is 10 mins from the show grounds. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts thought of everything to make the stay worry free. Highly recommend.

Beautiful development, lovely neighborhood with gorgeous landscaping and impressive gated entrance. Scenic drive up to the property. Super nice hosts on site, spotlessly clean and cozy. Beautiful view of backyard with chairs and fire pit. Well stocked with necessities. Nice and quiet. Definitely would stay here again!

Can I move in???

The location was perfect. The hosts Joe & Maggie were so very kind. The space was just perfect and so well appointed---- I even had a little Christmas tree! I had everything I need and a wonderful view. Because I was in the process of relocating my car was full, so the safety of the very private neighborhood was an absolute godsend! I really hope a home in this community comes available, so I can buy a home in Green River Highlands! Thank you for the hospitality
