"Toilet wouldn’t flush 50% of the time. Back door didn’t unlock when you tried to open with key and we were told we just weren’t pulling hard enough, which was not true whatsoever."

"If i could rate the staff better than excellent i would, they were all amazing. The room was nice and breakfast was always amazing. My only complaint would be the pool. It was cloudy (which most associate with dirty) and the area was in need of some upkeep (rust stained areas where the humidity sweat, peeling paint, dying/overgrown plants). I did like they had plenty of towels and floaties so thoughtfulness was prevalent. We had a wonderful stay and would again, mainly for the staff!"

"All accommodations I used within the room were excellent. Up to date appliances and very clean. However by design fault , I found lighting an issue, both trying to see in bathroom mirror only light is behind you and bedroom ceiling light doesn’t light the room well. "

"Our hosts' Rick and Jenn had everything lined up to make our Family feel welcomed and relaxed. We were in town for a Family Wedding, the home was exactly what we needed to allow us to come and go with a close proximity to the Wedding venue, and with two children, the Home felt like a Home! The Winter Storm hit in the midst of our event and our Host made sure to keep in touch frequently in the event we needed any supplies or support, to include getting the snow removed from the driveway making it safe and easy for us to come and go."

"The townhouse is in disrepair and did not have the promised amenities. The handrail in the stairwell fell off the wall when the first person--my 70-year-old sister--tried to go up the stairs. This meant that she and my 74-year-old brother-in-law were in danger of falling on the narrow steps the whole stay because this was the staircase that was from the first to the second floor. On the first day, my daughter cut her third finger on the door to the first-floor bedroom. Every person who opened the door of this bedroom felt the sharp jagged edge of the broken door knob because the jagged edge is underneath the knob and is not visible when you are simply trying to open the door. Although I was warned about it, I cut my finger on the same doorknob the next day. OF COURSE, the house had no alcohol or band aids available, and I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO to try to reach the absent host.They promised towels, but there were no washcloths to bathe with or hand towels or even paper towels in the bathrooms to dry our hands. The living room had wo burned out bulbs in the fixture. The front yard hadn't had the grass cut before winter, so it looked like an abandoned home. We were panicked on the day of the rental because VRBO could not contact the host with the door access information, and VRBO told us to begin looking for a replacement stay for our family--on New Year's Eve!! We looked frantically. Then the access code came 3 1/2 hours before the stay began."

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The owner, Biriam, was easily accessible and answered my questions quickly. Each room was beautifully decorated with wall mounted TVs and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for all 9 of us and a dog. We were there for Christmas and the owners had already set up a huge, beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We happily placed our gifts under the tree and decorated the mantle.The location has a gas station, supermarket and dunkin within a 5 minute drive. There were other stores/malls within a 10-15 minute drive. Washington DC and National Harbor are within 30 minutes.I would definitely book this location again."
