He was Fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly. The entire staff was exceptional. Ms. Beyan from Housekeeping ensured that our room remained spotless and smelled fresh throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Saïd at Reception, Faruk from Guest Relations, Mr. Ibrahim (Operations Manager), Mr. Onur, and Mr. Egnam. The hotel is modern, clean, and well situated, within walking distance of public transportation and local restaurants and shops.
