It isn't unique its just okay, housekeeping does do a good job for the condition of the rooms, especially the toilets.
They advertise a pool and breakfast but don't have either available
The customer service was amazing. No one bothered us and the place at night was so qell litt that the comfort of safety was high. Nothing in our room was ever touched or moved and my only complaint would be that ants were in the bathroom.
Nothing like the pictures . Old , run down , outdated , and gross . Definitely misleading from the pictures posted and will NOT be returning . Good customer service though
Guy at desk was rude did not give 1st floor smoking as requested. Beds were very uncomfortable, linens stained and seemed dirty/hair in them, everything was sticky, very few tv channels. Microwave was nasty, floors dirty, no water pressure, toilet very low. Check out is too early, price way too high for what it is.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed to on this one because so many reviews are negative for this little motel! Please keep in mind that it’s a MOTEL! If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. I have zero complaints to list!
There were addicts all over the property. One couldn’t even stand up. Some rooms are remodeled and may be the ones in the pictures but ours was not. I won’t stay here again.
The only thing decent about our stay was the quick check-in because it was mainly on-line and the staff was nice enough. Other than that, the room was terrible, with fixtures misting or broken, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I might as well have been sleeping on a futon mattress. And the shape of the building and facility itself was maybe a little better than shambles, with covered, non-functioning pool included.
Our shower was wet, moldy shower curtain and rusted, no drain plug. There was a huge hole in the shower wall that someone had stuck toilet paper in , the entire bathroom smelled awful and the walls were like in process of being painted and had plaster everywhere. It was disgusting. We refused to stay and left.
Shockingly awful:
- check-in staff behind plexiglass
- one card to open door took many tries plus a shove to enter room
- awful room : stained furniture, broken toilet seat, no toilet paper rod and fixture pulled from the wall
- toilet leaking
- no cups, no coffee , no pool , no hair dryer, 1 towel per person, 3 pillows (1.5 pillows per person), adjoining door had no handle and hole was stuffed with toilet paper, and we woke to roaches crawling on the wall!!!!
Awful
We do not have a TV, room is filthy, shower is covered in brown dirt at the bottom, only 2 towels for 4 people- lady at front desk refused to give more towels or her name and actually told us to “wrap up in the toilet paper.”
