"Properly was conveniently located in the centre of knutsford and our room was clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Parking was a problem when we arrived but that was due to the Christmas market. We moved the car to a car park later in the day which was a few minutes walk to the property. "

"Great communication and everything was made super easy for us. We were heading out early the next morning and breakfast was kindly sorted for us so we could grab and go. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay again. The kids loved waking up and seeing the cows in the morning! "

"You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its sensibly priced for the room. "
