Comfortable 3-star cottage located 800m from the village and 1.5 km from the Ardèche river at the end of a private road in the heart of 4 hectares of olive trees with private and peaceful swimming pool. (South facing).
The cottage has a garden, two covered terraces, a private swimming pool, private parking, a large dining room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and three beautiful bedrooms. The terrace will offer you a panoramic view of the village.
You can, if you wish, discover with the owner all the secrets of the olive tree from its plantation to the production of olive oil, then participate in its tasting.

Excellent séjour à Ruoms. Emplacement idéal, proche de tout (activités, commerces, centre du village), au calme avec une vue très agréable depuis la terrasse. Logement spacieux, bien équipé et agréable à vivre. La piscine est agréable même si les guêpes nous y ont tenu compagnie (inoffensives si on les laisse tranquille - elles viennent uniquement s'abreuver). Coucher de soleil

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine de vacances en dépit d’un temps capricieux. Daniel le propriétaire ainsi que ses enfants sont très attentionnés et veillent à ce que votre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Ruoms à 800 mètres du centre ville et des commerces, ce gîte parfaitement aménagé, est un havre de paix au milieux des oliviers, point de départ idéal pour les amoureux de randonnées, de visites et de découverte de cette belle région ardéchoise!!. Le soir vous pourrez contempler depuis la terrasse, le coucher de soleil qui dessine de magnifiques paysages sur la montagne, tout en dégustant (avec modération) un verre de vin ardéchois, un moment très sympathique !!. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter de la piscine mais ce n’est que partie remise, nous reviendrons l’an prochain! Encore un grand merci à Daniel et ses enfants pour leur bienveillance!.

Geweldig appartement volledig privé

We hadden een heel goed contact en vervolgens prima ontvangst. Het appartement is veel mooier en groter in het echt. Alles was aanwezig, verzorgd waardoor je een echt huis gevoel kreeg. Alle terrassen zijn voorzien van comfortabel meubilair en hebben een mooi uitzicht. Door de warmte hebben wij de overkapping aan het zwembad ten volle benut. Niet knoeien met parasols. Daniël is een fantastische gastheer die u ook uw privé respecteert. Ruoms is levendig en alles is op wandel afstand. Gewoon geweldige vakantie

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Wir haben in der wunderbaren Ferienwohnung von Daniel einen perfekten Familienurlaub verbracht! Die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Aussicht von den beiden Terrassen ist fantastisch und wir haben uns an den lauen Sommerabenden mit einem Glas Rosé kaum sattsehen können. Ein Highlight des Urlaubs war natürlich die tägliche Erfrischung im sehr schön angelegten Pool. Mücken gab es, wie überall im Süden, stellten aber dank Mückenspray kein wirkliches Problem dar. Der Ort ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet mit Bäcker, Metzger etc. alles was man benötigt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten mit den Auto entfernt. Daniel ist ein sehr sympathischer, zuvorkommender und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Un grand merci à vous, Daniel!

Paradies im Olivenhain

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Daniel war wirklich paradiesisch. Daniel hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt (Fanzösischkentnisse sind sinnvoll, aber Daniel kann auch Englisch )und unseren Wagen unkompliziert umdirigiert , weil "Google" uns falsch geleitet hatte. Das Haus hat viel Platz, 4 Personen könnten bequem darin wohnen, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, der Pool, am Spätnachmittag oder Abend, die Rettung nach heißen und anstrengenden Erkundungstouren. Die nähere und weitere Umgebung ist sehr sehr beeindruckend, vorallem die Wanderungen längs der Ardeche, Beaume,Gare und Ceze und die ausgiebigen Bäder darin. Die Beschreibung des Inserates und die Bewertungen geben alles real wieder , die "Mückenplage" war bei uns nicht so schlimm, dem kann man aber gut mit Mückenspray und Räucherspirale gut entgegenwirken. Alles in allem : wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren!

Appartement fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement de plein pied. La cuisine/ salle à manger est grande, les deux chambres avec grands lits confortables. La vue depuis les terrasses est très belle! Le centre de Ruoms est proche et l’appart est bien placé pour les visites et les activités. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous avions une petite bouteille d’huile à l’arrivée :) Penser à apporter café, sel, condiments, vinaigre car il n’y en a pas. La piscine est située en contrebas. Nous en avons bien profité!

Leider sehr viele Mücken....

Leider konnten wir die schöne Ferienwohnung wegen der vielen Mücken nicht richtig genießen: Die tolle Terrasse konnte man nach 09:00 morgens nicht mehr nutzen, den Pool gar nicht. Die Anzahl der Mücken war einfach zu groß - alle 2min ein Stich. Vor den Fenstern sind keine Mückengitter, wir konnten sie deshalb nur morgens kurz öffnen und haben danach die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet. In der übrigen Ardeche, auch direkt am Fluss, gab es kaum Mücken. Das scheint ein lokales Problem zu sein. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet - deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos mit tollen Panoramafenstern und Blick ins Tal. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Es wär gut, wenn vor der Anreise die Spinnen entfernt würden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.
