"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Family Vacation at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica! Our stay was absolutely amazing! The guest service team was phenomenal especially Travis, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. Every staff member is welcoming and makes my stay truly memorable. The Kids Club is outstanding — fun, educational, and perfectly organized. The team — Nyoka, Dahlian, Shanique, Britina, Jerome, and Anesia made my son’s experience unforgettable. Activities include pool parties, kids’ movies, tennis, golf, and more, and it’s completely free! My son Jaxon had a blast. Shout-out to all the bartenders especially D’Andre and Maxell, who kept the drinks flowing and were so knowledgeable about everything the resort offers. From start to finish, this resort goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean, comfy and cool. The view was amazing, had a view of the pool, ocean and the landscape from my bed. It was simply amazing. The staff, I must shout out our guest service attendant Holly, she was simply divine. (Pun intended). She ensured we knew all our benefits, her warm personality made the stay just that extra nice, she is the best!!!! The food was great, hot food were hot and cold food cold, many other hotels we have been to struggle to keep the temperature of the buffet food. My only issue was with the labelling of food being misplaced or not sufficient with information, especially for persons with strict diet, however the staff are kind enough to point out what each dish is if asked. The beach is not what it use to be years ago, but it's still a nice place to swim and the water is clear enough. There is also underground rivers running into the ocean so you will if lucky feel those nice cold spots. Room service was really good and the meal options great... All in all the experience was excellent and the staff at this resort are wonderful and friendly."

"When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the blame was put on me I was in a foreign country getting off a plane the neighbors were very concerned of us standing outside for that long no food no water and happened to use the restroom but one scene and clean we had a minor flood from the rain no big deal not to me anyway maybe to someone else it was relaxing"
