"It was just a rundown Property as I arrived late and had a reservation for three rooms with double beds in it paid extra for it. Also, the rooms are not available. He gave this room that had queen size beds in it and that was a problem as you are not couples staying in the same room. The person at the counter did not speak any other language than Arabic so it was hard to communicate not to ask for any thing from him. The rooms are leaking water in the bathroom and the door locks were not working...

"These were rental apartments which have repurposed as serviced apartment/hotel style, the outlook is reasonable, but the apartment themselves still has old layout, the floor, windows, washrooms are not good, we had leakage and drainage issues in both the washrooms. Considering overall conditions these apartments are over-priced for the rent they are charging. The receptionist did not know English at all, which made communication very difficult."

"Good hotel about a two minute walk to a Metro Station and a huge supermarket. Comfortable room with fast WiFi and a smart TV. About 40 minutes on the Metro to KAFD, where you can change onto another line to the Airport. Will stay here again when I return to Riyadh!!"
