"We found this hotel while looking for accommodations close to watch a Notre Dame football game and it was perfect! Brand new location only 16 minutes away from the stadium. They had a cute welcome gift in our room when we arrived. They had a few good dining options. The casino was smoke free and they have a smoking room for smokers if that helps when making your decision about staying at a casino. It didn’t smell like smoke everywhere! Very friendly staff too and lots of parking! We will stay there again!"

"1. Misrepresentation in Listing:The online listing for the property included altered or misleading photos that portrayed the home as clean, well-maintained, and modern. The home is in poor condition.For example: The stove shown in the listing is not the same as the one in the home, which is rusted and outdated. Furniture, such as the chairs in the front room, appears clean and inviting online but is dirty and poorly maintained in person. This misrepresentation is deceptive and does not meet reasonable expectations for rental property. 2. Safety Hazards:Several conditions pose immediate safety risks:  The front porch is rotting, with loose boards that caused a guest to trip upon entry. Exposed electrical wiring throughout the home presents a fire hazard. Ceiling light fixtures lack protective globes, increasing the risk of electrical issues. I have reason to believe the smoke detectors may not be functional, which is a critical safety violation. Access to the home is restricted to the back door, as the front door keys were not provided. Overgrown vegetation makes navigating from the front to the back door hazardous.These issues violate basic safety standards and require urgent attention. 3. Unsanitary Conditions:The home is in an unacceptable state of cleanliness:  Air condition"
