"As a family of 6 adults and 2 children we stayed here for just over a week in August 2025. We were attending a wedding at Chateau de la Couronne in Marthon.The house had everything we needed, the children loved the pool, we had several bbqs and also visited Brantome and St Estephe.The bakery and supermarket in Javelhac (10 mins drive) were more than sufficient for our everyday needs.We had 3 amazingly clear nights and were treated to the best skies Ive seen since visitng the outback in Australia - even 'STEVE' made an appearance.The only thing to note is that it is the 3rd bedroom (with double bed and bunks) that had the very low door, which makes it a bit awkward for adults,but we made it work.Overall we had a fab time and would love to return."

"The property didn’t disappoint! It was exceptionally clean with a great range of activities. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, clearly putting a lot of thought into making this a great holiday experience. There were plenty of extras that kept the children entertained and the location was fantastic — the Friday market was a real highlight. Overall, a wonderful family holiday. Highly recommended!"

"We have just arrived home from the most wonderful holiday! We can only describe the gite as paradise. We were so grateful for the beautiful pool to cool off in. Christine is the perfect host in every way. Such a lovely tranquil place to relax and a beautiful area to explore. We cannot say enough good things about this property.
