Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good room for family with the two double beds. Recommend the chicken balti if eating at the bar. Close to centre so easy walk in and to Utilita Arena. Would recommend.

We stayed in a standard room. The standard bedroom we stayed in 114 need updating and bathroom could be cleaner in the corners. Bed was very comfortable, linen & towels were good quality.
