  • Beautiful studio of 32m2 for 4 people maximum, ideally located 50m from the beach in the Parc district on the bvd Garnier, 5 minutes walk from the city centre of Royan, near the Parc market and a shopping street. Studio with separate and equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, multi-function oven, ceramic hob), bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine), large main room very bright (TV, sofa bed 140x190, 2 armchairs bed 80x190). Studio located on the 1st floor of the Océanic residence with lift beautiful view of the port of Royan and private parking space (+space for bicycles in the garage of the residence). Our friends animals are not accepted.
