TWO-STAR ACCOMMODATION ** ROYAN/CHAY, approx. 95m²

500m² garden with panoramic sea views, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of shops. Comprising a living room with a sofa bed, armchairs, storage, 107cm TV, a dining area/veranda, a separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

3 bedrooms: one with a 160cm double bed, another with a 140cm double bed, and the third with two 90cm single beds. A hallway with ample storage, a laundry room, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC with washing machine.

One private parking space.

As part of this rental, you can subscribe to several services:
Linen rental (sheets + towels + bath mat + tea towels): €20 per person per stay.
Baby cot and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay.
Cleaning fee: €50 (accommodation 20 to 50 m²), €65 (accommodation 50 to 80 m²), €80 (accommodation 80 to 120 m²), and €120 (accommodation 120 m² and larger).
Arrival fee on Sunday or public holiday: €30.
