Excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé et très bien décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L'appartement est proche du centre et de la plage et permet de découvrir Royan à pied.

Sommes venus en train ,appartement très proche de la gare et de la gare des autobus ,tous ces transports très bien organisés et bon marché .Proche des commerces et du grand marché couvert de Royan ,un vrai plaisir de faire ses achats.Proche également de la plage .Les jardins fleuris et bien soignés dans Royan .Les toilettes publics très nombreuses et gratuites 👍

Logement idéalement situé

Logement parfait pour découvrir la Charente Maritime. Idéalement situé, très fonctionnel, propre, joliment agencé. Les propriétaires sont adorables et hypers discrets bien que vivant juste en face. Attention d'arrivée très appréciable avec une brioche pour le petit-déjeuner et une bouteille de bienvenue. Adorables je disais. Lit fait, tout confort côté quotidien ( du lave-linge au lave-vaisselle en passant par le micro ondes ou l'aspirateur. Si besoin de fraîcheur, n'hésitez pas à solliciter ces hôtes supers pour un raffraichisseur d'air. Nous recommandons cette location qui va se parfaire dans le temps ( double vitrage pour une rue passante, mais vu la situation, c'est juste un plus). Merci pour cette grosse semaine ressourcante. On s'est senti un peu chez nous😉

Séjour agréable sous le soleil

Appartement très bien équipé, comme à la maison. Il y a même des ingrédients de base, type huile, sel, ... et une bouteille de bienvenue, sans oublier un parasol et un siège de plage ! Tout se fait en effet à pied, même avec un enfant en bas âge. Lorsque nous avons pris la voiture pour aller plus loin, nous avons toujours retrouvé une place devant la résidence. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, disponibles en cas de besoin, et juste en face. Deux seuls points négatifs: Appartement donnant sur un boulevard et un rond-point, donc bruyant (notamment les deux roues à moteur et les camions poubelles la nuit) Pas d'Internet bien que mis sur l'annonce (mais nous avions la 4G)

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce petit appartement rénové et décoré avec soin, ou tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. Les prestations sont quasi hôtelières avec le lit fait à l'arrivée, le linge de toilette fourni, et tout pour prendre son petit déjeuner, jusqu'au beurre, lait et jus d'oranges au frigo, et une belle brioche achetée juste pour nous! Cet accueil fait chaud au cœur et je remercie les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse. En plus une fois la voiture garée au pied de l'immeuble, on fait tout à pieds, marché, centre ville, port, plage. Parfait pour un couple

Proche des commerces essentiels, cet appartement moderne et très propre propose tous les équipements (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 2 téléviseurs...) pour un séjour confortable.
