Bikini Beach Resort

4/10 Poor

"View and access to the Gulf were good. Room was in poor shape. Mini fridge and television in the room with 2 beds didn't work. No replacements available. Several burners on stove in the kitchen room were broke. Requested to have room cleaned while we were out no one cleaned had to go back to front desk was given garbage sacks and toilet paper and towels told to put all towel and garbage outside the room. When they did send someone to clean had to leave the room they won't clean while your in your room. Wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"Staff was amazing, shout out to Cardinal at the front desk! Was able to get us in early and basically saved our trip. Very tired kiddos and even more tired parents. Rooms were great and all the amenities really made for a great couple days there. Will be back"

"Room 205 was not good at all room 708. The hotel need to be upgraded. The paint is coming off. The walls is rusted and it needs a. It needs a facelift. but the rooms was clean love having access to the beach, but it does need a facelift but overall it was OK for one. Niight stay"

"Terrible experience. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this hotel was in very poor condition and the service made it worse. We arrived late in the evening and had a hard time even finding our room because the directions from staff were unclear. When we entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor immediately. The floors were dirty and heavily scuffed, the front door had a large gap underneath it, and the bathroom floor had damaged areas with sharp edges that felt unsafe. We also discovered there were no towels in the room at all. When I called the front desk, I was told to come get them myself. The next morning, they initially handed us only one towel for multiple guests. When I asked for more, the staff member seemed annoyed. I did speak with the manager, who apologized and said he was aware of the issue, but nothing was done proactively to fix it. Unfortunately, this property appears poorly maintained and customer service was disappointing throughout our stay."

"We checked in a bit later than expected and had reserved a gulf front room. NOT ADA. At check in we were put in an ADA room and was told that all gulf front rooms are ADA. No they are not! The bathroom smelled like urine the entire time we were there. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable - lumpy. While the location was great, the room was definitely not up to par. Disappointed that we were not even offered to change rooms. Customer service was not there!"
