"Condo was clean and kid family friendly. the entire campus was very tidy. the indoor pool and hot tub climate control was not working and they both were extremely cold. Very easy access to the beach and other outdoor pools. The weather was just not warm enough for us to enjoy the outdoor pools at the time of our stay. would stay here again in the future."

"We had an amazing time and stay. The check in process was simple. House was well stocked and access to the water was ideal. Our dog also enjoyed the house and was welcomed on the beach on a leash. The openness of the beach was so nice compared to condos in Gulf Shores. You never had to go down early. There was always room and space between. Overall...cannot recommend enough. We will be back."

"Your stay will depend on who is sharing the unit with you. This unit was deemed "peaceful" and our stay was NOT peaceful. There was a construction crew staying in the unit next to us. For 5 days they woke up between 4:30AM and 5:00AM. I tried talking to them because they were loudly talking and playing music every morning. When I spoke to them they claimed to not understand what I was saying. There was also a house being worked on two doors down and they started sawing and nailing at 8:00AM each day.At night there were two groups of young kids and they stayed up from 10PM to midnight each night playing cornhole/bags provided by Sigsbee Homes. The social area is located right under your bedrooms. The loud bang from corn hole/bags sounds like a gun going off. Again, I tried to talk to the groups because we have young kids trying to sleep, but that didn't stop them keeping us up each night. I thought we were staying in a peaceful place per Sigsbee's listings and reviews, but this was far from it.When I contacted Shane/Karin about the early morning wakeup I received no reply. 3 days later I sent another message and I got a halfhearted reply. I then contacted them that night about the nightly noise and received no response. The only responses I got, were automative responses of "please give us 5 stars!" Owners Shane/Karin are also not close by and they manage from afar. They also don't know basic questions about their units when you ask. Good luck!"

"This is what it is. A cheap place to sleep. Traveled with my teenage daughter and we just needed beds for a night. Great rate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Actually it was the Best bed I’ve slept in for 4 nights on Our trip. Otherwise the area, the parking lots the balconies etc are dirty, rusty, and trashy. Felt perfectly safe though. Lots of construction type workers it appeared staying here. I would stay here again for the price. "

"It’s the cutest little place. Plenty of dishes if needed & so clean. We enjoyed the pier and even fished a little. Caught trout, catfish, panfish and even a crab lol. It’s close to stores for convenience and just overall the perfect place for a little family to get away. "
