Loved my stay

I loved my stay at this place. 25 min walk from Rovinj city. 10 min walk to nearest beach. Very nice, friendly and helpful host.

Pleasant place 15-20 minute walk from old town.

Nice and spacious with free parking. In a residential area, with beach access close by. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small issue was on check-in there was no one at the desk, but I found the owner’s apartment under the stairwell and just said hello.

Great little place in Rovinj. We found it easy enough to find on our maps. Check in was great and the owner very helpful with sharing on how to get to places either on foot or walking. We stayed on top apartment around back. It is two flights up no lift so be mindful if you have large bags. The rooms consisted of a large bedroom with a safe in cupboard and large bed and tv . Kitchen was well equipped for us and a fridge and in bathroom a washing machine. We spent two nights so was great. Little verandah of the kitchen which we sat at most of the time as the view was lovely and the weather the best at our time of visit. The beach is about 10minute walk away, but it is rocks and pebbbles, as most of beaches in Europe are. We walked into town and that takes 25mins maybe less on how fast you walk. Konzum supermarket a five min walk away and bikes available from owner to use if you so desire. The apartment was very clean and very tidy. We were also given a parking space which was helpful. You would need to have transport to get to apartment. The only one thing that was an annoyance is the wifi was weak and dropped out constantly. If staying longer would bring a wifi booster with you.

Great place, excellent value

I stayed just one night and wish I had time to stay longer. The city is charming and the place has everything to relax and enjoy yourself. Nice room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. The host is very welcoming and beyond helpful.

Very kind stuff, nice Hotel, well located

The Room was nice, the aircondition worked very well. The kitchen and bathroom were really good. Only the door to the balcony was not working fine, but with some force able to close... the W-Lan was most of the time ok, but sometimes it didn´t work or was incredibly slow...

Genial para pasar una o dos noches

Romano fue muy amable y nos dio todas las facilidades. Apartamento asequible, cerca de una pequeña playa y a 20 minutos del pequeño centro de Rovinj. Excelente para 1/2 dias

Great Place to Stay and a Beautiful City

The stay was great, the apartment is located very close the the old center of the city - walking distance. The host was very friendly and the first night even drove us the center, since we got in a little late and were very hungry. The apartment was very new, had a kitchen with a balcony and a large bathroom. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
