"We had a non-smoking room, and there was quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell present and wafting into our room. Several items in the room needed maintenance. "

"There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe."

Just one suggested if someone has any kind of disability and has to be on the top floor. It’s also located in a very convenient area near the mall and everything else. "
