"Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa. Well equipped kitchen. Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area. Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out."

I’m not sure we could have picked a better location (for the skiing and the town) We had the first few days without our luggage (it was lost en route to Geneva) and whilst it was not the fault of the hotel, this was such a difficult time for us, I feel like they maybe could have been more helpful given our circumstances so have rated the service a lower score. "This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "
