The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating. They helped us warming up our food. Very responsive and polite. We came for one night and ended up staying 3 nights since it was such great service. The hotel is quaint. It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job of keeping it up. We loved seeing the town and surrounding areas and would definitely visit again.

Bel hôtel magnifique avec personnel gentil et poli. Le sauna et la piscine aident à se détendre, l'essentiel est de retourner à l'hôtel avant sa fermeture à 22 h. La douche était juste à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bon. L’ancienne salle à manger est belle, comme tout autour. Nous sommes satisfaits de cet hôtel.

Front desk staff were excellent. Dining room (bistro) staff made for a shockingly comical visit. Over half an hour of being ignored. Got a bottle of wine … finished half of it before our food order was given by me to them (they were standing around the bar waiting for something to happen) - I had to get up, go over and tell them (5 of them) what we wanted. Interesting location - not in the centre of Alsace wine area but convenient to use as a base if you have a car. Parking - across street on an (occasionally) busy corner.

The hotel and staff were excellent when we arrived. We'd had a long drive and we're looking forward to a good rest. Unfortunately our room was incredibly hot but luckily our very efficient reception gentleman reroomed us All in all a good stay. Morning staff a little miserable. Would recommend though

Lovely welcoming hotel. Staff very helpful. The pool was lovely and very clean. Quiet town but we used the bistro next to hotel and food was amazing. Breakfast was lovely, typical French style but plenty of choice. Bread and croissants we left out in reception for customers to help themselves during the day. Was very handy as we skipped lunch and was going for an early evening meal but the Bistro didn't open till 7, so a bit of bread and a croissant filled the gap. Would definitely use again when we are in the area.

Lovely stay on a family trip through europe. Attractive bedroom with everything you need, good dining room but difficult to communicate as we did,t speak much French! Lovely pool and spa and outside dining area was good

Lovely stopover
This hotel is nicely furnished and the staff are very friendly. There are two eateries on site both looked good although we only hasd time with a stopover to sample one. The Brasserie was well liked by both us and locals, with an interesting 'burger' type menu - in other words most courses had a burger in them somewhere - freshly made and accompanied by very different salads etc. Tasted great. Parking was a little tricky due to a group booking, but was available overnight opposite the hotel at no charge. Keep you eyes peeled when you first arrive as the hotel is set back slightly from the road and can be missed - look for a 'car-port' type parking area, fitting in well with the local style of building, which is close to the road side at the front entrance. This is what makes the hotel a little tricky to spot. Drive onto the cobbled street which outside the hotel.

Lovely romantic hotel
Stayed only for one night but were really impressed by this lovely hotel. Only tried the one of it's two restaurant (one is standard and the other gourmet). It was the standard one so the gourmet one must be in a class of it's own. Exciting and lovely food,wine,service and everything in the top end.

Terrible main receptionist
The main receptionist at this hotel was extremely rude, unwelcoming and crass. She lied about there not being any rooms available for early check-in (11:30 am) and, despite several very polite requests, made us wait in 95 degree weather (no AC) for hours before allowing us into a room. The room she eventually gave us at 3pm hadn't been cleaned when we opened the door. While she had claimed earlier that the entire hotel was fully booked, she was suddenly able to produce another room key immediately. When I asked the chamber maid cleaning the first room at what time the second room had been cleaned, she told us that it had been clean since 10 am that morning. I understand the need for rules, but there was absolutely no real reason for this woman to not have allowed us to check in a little earlier when we were clearly exhausted travelers who were booked to stay for 3 nights. She was unnecessarily rude and inflexible. All other employees were respectful and kind, especially the evening receptionist named Luca.
