"While this property is nice, it is in an old section of town and was rather hard to get to with luggage. When we checked in I was told to park at the Palais de Justice lot, which we did. It was a 10 minute walk with our bags. In addition, the front desk told us they had a special deal with the garage and it was 12 Euros. I asked if we needed to do anything to get that special, and he said no. However, when we left the garage, it was 22.90 Euros…so almost twice as much! That was a bit...

"The property is in an excellent position in central Rouen. It is a budget option with the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, showing their age. However the linens were clean and the bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good. Downside was the lack of aircon in a 30c heat. Staff lovely."
