The room's bathroom was too small- there was no where to hang out wet togs and towels. Pool gate and area could use a update and refresh. and the curtains are too see through, for $300 per night I was expecting a bit more in the room, but staff were great. Very nice hotel. Good air filtration considering closeness to the hot spring water. Excellent location and good looking rooms. Would recommend to anyone coming to Rotorua for the Spas.
