We last stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it but it seems to have gone downhill. The hotel location is great, the room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, but the bathroom was full of mould and in definite need of a refurb. Very nice hotel. Good air filtration considering closeness to the hot spring water. Excellent location and good looking rooms. Would recommend to anyone coming to Rotorua for the Spas.
