On the edge of the water of Lake Rotorua, this is the ideal getaway for a relaxing few days or some exciting rides either from the house with our own jet boat private tour, Gondola and luge rides, or the beautiful Kiwi and trout sanctuary all within a 5-minute drive. Or relax in our beautiful setting and have some peace and quiet, lakefront walks, and an only a 10-minute drive to the center of Rotorua town

Great place
Beautifully decorated and so clean. So many amentities; pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, fire pit, stunning view of lake all in a great neighborhood really close to everything we wanted to see and do in Rotorua. The bed was so comfortable too. It was just the two of us, but would be a great place for a family or multiple couples.

I highly recommend this property. My girlfriends & I had a wonderful time. The property is very secure & safe.

Great location and facilities
Fantastic spot and property. Lovely and clean with full kitchen facilities. Even some chockys and snacks were provided for us to enjoy. Amazing pool and spa which the kids loved. Lake was right there and so pretty to look out on. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent view with nice house!
The house is really nice and clean with all stuff we need, only few mins drive to restaurants. We had a good time over there, and host is really nice as well.
