  • My place is a beautifully renovated 1930's kiwi home. The location couldn't be better, close to everything your heart desires - walking distance to Polynesian Spa’s geothermal hot mineral waters with 28 hot mineral pools and all the shopping Rotorua has to offer.

    65" android smart TV with Netflix, continuous flow of hot water, heating and air conditioning, equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.

    Juat a note - a recent weather event has damaged part of the back fence, which is outside of the main guest area.

    Clean towels, fresh linen, bedding & blankets provided.

    Cozy home away from home - refurbished home on 600m2 section, clean with comfy beds, luxurious linen & homely kitchen that leads to an open-plan dining and living area. Well insulated and completely renovated.

    Appliances and almost everything you need supplied, including all linen, towels, pillows & full kitchen appliances - wine glasses (white, red, bubbly) for that wind down after a full day of fun. 65΅inch TV with Netflix in the lounge and the deck allows enjoying the sun.

    Minimum 3 night stay during New Year, Christmas and Easter periods.
