The property provides convenient amenities, including a double internal access garage equipped with bike racks and additional off-street parking. Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the BBQ, and stay connected with a Smart TV and unlimited WIFI throughout the property.

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire townhouse to yourself during your stay. Enjoy access to all areas, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living spaces. You're welcome to utilize the garage for parking, as well as the parking spot conveniently located in front of the patio area. The garden or backyard is also available for your enjoyment.

A great find

This very modern, clean property was great to stay in for our 4 day trip to Rotorua. The area was lovely and quiet and only a 5-10 min drive to the centre. Some of the appliances were a little tricky to work (never did work out the underfloor heating). Wewould certainly stay again

Schönes Haus, aber sehr klein.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, aber sehr klein. Es fehlt ein richtiges Bügelbrett und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Ausstattung ist aber ausreichend. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus viel zu klein. Die Heizung ist viel zu kompliziert.
