    Situated in a quiet and safe suburb of Rotorua, this brick and tile home offers safe, secure accommodation including a double garage for your vehicles and bikes.
    Just a short distance to the skyline adventures and restaurant (about 4 km), Rotorua CBD (about 2 km), local shopping centers, entertainment centers, restaurants, takeaways, lakes and many other local attractions.
    Built after 2000, with modern design and open plan living, this property ticks all boxes for groups wanting to return after a day of activities or to spend time catching up with friends and family.
    With FREE and Unlimited Wi-Fi, a large screen TV, well equipped kitchen and tidy garden, there is always something to keep everyone occupied.
    “Endless Vacances” is a single level property with open plan communal areas, a good sized dining area (table seats 6), a well-equipped kitchen, a big lounge with plenty of natural light and air.
    In the living area, there are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds. One ensuite has a bathroom with a shower tub and a toilet. The other bathroom is separate from the toilet. It has a full sized bath tube and a separate shower. The house is using gas for cooking and hot water. Then electric mobile heaters are available in all bedrooms and lounge.
    By the main entrance you’ll find a large double garage with laundry, which can store your vehicles and all your other stuffs.
    The property is fully fenced with tidy garden around the house, so providing you keep the gates closed and safe. There is also no chance of the younger guests escaping.
    Linens, bedding and bath towels are included and there are also coffee and tea provided for your first night arrival.
    We appreciate that you taking time to read the feedbacks of our other properties and to leave us a feedback after stay. We are running the business now for about 5 years.

    -The property is in a very quiet area, so parties or noises are not allowed any time.
    -No pets in the house

    Perfect house in Rotorua. It's close to town and everything. Very quiet and clean. Emma is such a nice host to deal with and give support on everything as quick.

    Nice place - needs to be cleaner
    The property has the potential for being much better. The main issue is the lack of cleanliness. All sinks in the house really need a PROPER cleaning as do the showers. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked however the pots and pans need to be clean for new guests (they weren’t for us) and the fry pans are useless and need replacing. The towels were hard as rock and need replacing. It is a very roomy house, nice quiet area and convenient to everything Rotorua has to offer - ample space heaters provided were appreciated in this cooler weather. This could easily be a five star property given a good professional cleaning and kept up.

    The location was handy for our activities in Rotorua. But the beds very uncomfortable- and extremely hard. Place needs a very good clean and blinds need fixing, more information required on use of tv. Small things could be done to make it a little more user friendly, and comfortable.

    People we dealt with were friendly … The house was central - The beds and lounge suite were comfy… layout of house was fine. No curtains just blinds, and some were broken. It was cold-heaters were available but house was still cold and some heaters did not work. In need of air con units and curtains…. (In the summer it would be okay) Showers need a good clean ….

    It’s in the best location for all activities and getting around, garage for parking is a bonus. I wish they had left more then one towel each. I personally need two towels myself. The shower head in the ensuite wouldn’t stay in the holder well, so showered in the second bathroom which was fine. House was warm with plenty of heaters available. Utensils were lacking for cooking and sugar for tea/coffee was almost empty. Washer and dryer were fancy and new. Overall a good place to stay
