Dirtiest motel we have ever stayed in. Sheets on one bed hadn’t been changed & were disgusting!! Then the roof started leaking!! Staff terrible & didn’t care. Bathroom so dirty & rubbish & other people’s clothes under beds & in cupboards!!! Don’t recommend at all!!!!
The only positive about this property was the location as it is central to the cbd, walking distance to local eateries, supermarket and township.
To summarise our 3 night stay at this property was very underwhelming, and would not stay here again, it was not value for money or operated as a professional business. From the reception not being fully staffed during the advertised hours of operation (they were closed when we arrived to check in at 3.15pm), basic daily room servicing (change towels, bed making), to the general cleanness of the property untidy and dirty (rubbish in the main walkway area (had not been swept or cleaned during our entire stay), cardboard boxes and laundry on the floor outside the guest laundry as well as stacked boxes and strong odour in the guest laundry highlighting the dirty state of this property.
Our room was the one in the photo and it does look as nice as it appears. However, looks are only on the surface. The fridge doesn’t chill, the ceiling extractor doesn’t extract and the room was extremely warm with no way to vent it (being right on Fenton St the traffic noise doesn’t permit open windows at night—plus the effluvia from smokers from other units). Despite it being 25 to 30 degrees outside, it was actually refreshing to step out of the unit, I would estimate that it was 35 to 40 in the unit. The bed was average. The only cooking facility was a microwave. When I went to checkout, there was a note on the office door asking me to lock key in room. This didn’t allow me to draw attention to the list of problems. I get the impression that for all the care shown on arrival to offer me guidance to local activities (particularly those that cost) that the managers don’t care about their customers other than to find ways of making money.
Not very clean. Units were outdated and appeared that they have some permanent residents using the rooms below. It was so noisy it took me ages to get to sleep!! It was also summer and extremely hot with no aircon and a just a 1980’s useless fan! No sky TV even though it said there was on their site.
Look like they never cleaned the amenities during my three days. Only hung up new towels! I will never use this motel again!!!!!!

Good location and comfortable room. We reported a broken power point in the kitchenette to the supervisor and we hope action is taken to replace the defective item before a customer is injured.
The family room we got was at downstairs, very clean and warm one. Shower water was big and hot enough for us, good spot and friendly staff.
The unlimited WI-FI was a bit slow though. The other thing better take into account was the room has no ventilation system, we felt fine as the weather is good right now, we open window often but in winter can be a bit annoying to some people.
Reception locked all day and then unfriendly reception. Beige dated premises all the outer areas are not swept or kept clean. Bedcover stained and marked. Pretty much a bland and unwelcomed stay
Over all it doesn’t deserve its rating. No sky tv. Exterior lighting at night non existent to the extent that the taxi driver could not see the place. All exterior lighting was switched off and so dark the taxi remained in the driveway so I could safely get up the stairs. Very uncomfortable bed and virtually impossible to get the electric blanket plugged in to use.
Motel reception was locked and I had to ring a bell from outside before anyone came to let me in for checking in AND checking out which is not very welcoming at all. Room was cold and dark, not like the images at all. Had an old oil fin heater which took ages to room the room and an old noisy fan heater on the wall. Room really needs some work to make it more comfortable and "up to date". Slept ok and was quiet enough but that could have been because there were not many people there.

Ok for the price
Great for a last minute booking on a budget. The room was right next to the road so a little noisy but not to bad. Room was a little cold for the end of July and the heaters didn’t seem to work for some reason.
Good hotel, have stayed before. Comfy bed, everything you need in the room. Great to have a spa pool (reason we booked here), and unlimited Wifi is just awesome!
We expected a One Bedroom Apartment as the Website Pictures, got a pokey little motel room with a couple of beds crammed in living area.

adequate motel
Ok place, not really a kitchen with no oven or elements. Adequate for 1 night. Woman on front desk unwelcoming and a bit rude. Nice being able to fill own spa but the outside area not very attractive
Only problem was we could not report a broken power point as the office was not open when we booked out at 9.00am

Service booking in not good. Appeared not to relate to you at all. Office did not open until well after time they said they would. They charged an extra 4% for booking with a credit card, The bank charges them less than that. Buildings could do with a waterblast and leaves swept up.
