The quietness was superb in the area was superb - the unit was comfortable & tidy - needed more pillows, spa area roof needs tidying as rain outside fell down walls & was very noisy at night.

We enjoyed our stay. It was eady to find, close to downtown, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we neded, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here as a little get away. Our studio room was very clean and quite modern, the Queen bed is very comfortable but could do with new pillows that have more life in them. Too flat for me. Kitchen necessities all provided which was great. Shower was awesome. Having our own private inclosed spa tub area was just a bonus in the wet and cold weather we unfortunately had. Very quiet location along Fenton Road, but not far at all to town and all your shopping needs. The outside of the building could do with a face lift but overall was a great place to stay, would definitely go back and recommend to others. Very affordable price for 3 nights. ☺️

Nice place to stay, the kids loved having the private spa. Only thing I would suggest is having hooks by the spa so you can hand your togs and towel up to dry

Super spacious accom and very large bathroom. Easy parking. Bed just super uncomfortable and lack of pillow. Two low quality pillows given with no spares. The TV remote also had no working batteries so could not work the TV properly. Quiet and easy check in and check out. The toilet also appeared to be leaking but apart from this very clean.

Absolutely a great place to stay! The standout feature for me was the Spa and soundproof walls—you can hardly hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which is a huge bonus. The location is also fantastic, as it’s conveniently close to all the places I wanted to visit in Rotorua. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!🙂

Great motel

Great motel. Very easy after hours check in. Renovated and clean rooms. Great spa pool. Just little bit out of city center, requires car with small kids to get to town.

Nice well kept motel. Staff was very nice and friendly. We had a 2floor room and the stairs were not up to OSHA standards, but very manageable. Big room and bathroom. Recommend you stay.
