Staff are excellent from front desk right threw to cleaners,restaurant staff were excellent,room was very clean,shower was brillant mist hotels the pressure is lacking but ours was excellent,every staff member was friendly,helpfull and polite - the facilities were excellent,clean up to date and easy to use(gym area) we really enjoyed our stay

Furniture & carpets need replacing, restaurant closed early, bar meal was served without cutlery 15 mins before we got any but even before then the food was inedible. The hotel location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything. The customer service is outstanding, and all the facilities are excellent. However, the breakfast menu is quite limited and could use more variety. Additionally, I noticed a bee in the breakfast area, which should be checked for better hygiene

Beautiful hotel. We had hoped to use the leisure facilities but the pool was closed for maintenance on the day we arrived (reception either weren’t aware of this/did not inform us, so we didn’t find out until we went over to the leisure and spa area which was a shame).

Staff very friendly and keen to please. Rooms spacious and comfortable and food good. We had breakfast and evening meal over a two day stay. Menu interesting, varied and well presented. More thought needs to be given to staffing the bar at peak times when the hotel is fully booked. Would certainly stay there again - mainly because of the helpful and pleasant staff and the charm of the place itself.

The pool and changing areas weren’t particularly clean and felt run down. Poor lighting in the room and the pillows were awful. On the plus side the food in the restaurant was lovely!

The key cards only work one time. Each time you go back to your room you need to get reception to reload them with room access. Pretty time consuming and a bit annoying. Outside of that the hotel is nice. Decent gym.

Bed was fairly comfy. Pillows not great, should have taken the option to ask for the pillow menu at reception. Room was clean and spacious. Was woken by next door showering. The plumbing is incredibly loud. Pool and spa was lovely. Pool very large and the gym looked good too. Didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but walked through on the way to the bar and food looked very nice. Breakfast was nice.
