"The staff, especially Vee, were fantastic, 5 star service. We rented the meeting room for a party and stayed the night. The event room was great and reasonably priced. Our room, an Accessible King Suite has serious issues. It looks nice. The Accessable shower does not have proper drainage, there is virtually no incline towards either of the drains. I took a 3 minute shower, and the floor flooded to the toilet, it was very dangerous especially fore a person with mobility problems. The sofa was very uncomfortable, light switches on lamps were comically undersized and difficult to find. Mini fridge had an unnecessary cabinet door which would be difficult for wheel chair user, the bathroom sink was set at a weird weird angle difficult for anyone to use. There were no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was great and had surprisingly good coffee. So kudos to staff, meeting room and breakfast. Our room however was poorly designed and outright dangerous, a law suit waiting to happen."

"First of all, same staff running to hotel, the hotel I book staff said ho sorry we are booked, but cross the street is same management, we give you room there, but morning come here for break fast over there no arrangement right now due to office renovation, when we walk cross the street for breakfast staff said this breakfast only for people here, what I did pay for here, you guys move me the dirty place and noisy place. I felt insult myself. Homeless everywhere on the property uncomfortable mattress, you can feel mattress Spring poking your ribs, can’t sleep whole night homeless making noise around the property, swimming full full of dry leaves with mold around the wall. The dirtiest place I ever seen in my life. I think the room they gave me worth just $30 for night, my feet were turn into black mistakenly walk on floor bare foot. I need my refund the price I paid I dint get it."

"Had a lovely time in Chico and our stay was incredible! The house was full of light, very clean and spacious and the furnishings were perfect. It was a few miles away where we needed to be for my daughter’s graduation but that was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We were in the quiet suburbs and away from all the congestion of a typical busy weekend. The beds were comfy, the family room was big and bright but cozy. There was a sense of peace and calm in the house and I enjoyed it so much I didn’t want to leave. My daughter will be living in Chico for another year or so, so we will be back and this house will be our first choice."
