"Great hotel in a great location. Check in online is so easy and speeds up your arrival check too. The room was very clean, great shower with plenty of hot water. Buffet Breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to many places to eat & drink, the main centre with all the shops & historic sites. You can walk to the sandy beach, walking distance to the Cruise Ship Port, parking next to the port also. We didn't use the public transport as everything was within walking distance from the hotel."

"The hotel was clean, well setup and was located close to many restaurants, stores and shop. Friendly and helpful staff made our brief stay very enjoyable. No complaints at all!"

"The spa was so lovely and they had a kids hour- we had a great time there! The pool is beautiful, breakfast was quite a spread and the staff was kind and competent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it was very nice. My major gripe was an incredibly rude member of staff in the restaurant and i refused to go in afterwards as Rota has plenty of places to eat and drink; his behavior caused me to spend my money elsewhere because of him tutting and blowing his disapproval at us. It was however, one person, and most staff were pleasant and friendly. "
