"My partner and I spent one night at Best Western El Rancho Palacio. Our room was super clean (greatly appreciated) and generally pretty comfortable. (As I recall, Best Western used to be known for having incredibly comfortable beds, this one was okay, but not exceptional and the pillows were definitely two small.) That said, it is a chain hotel and considering that, it was good. The location is also pretty good and a nice breakfast was provided."

"Low price was appreciated. You get what you pay for... needed a bit of maintenance (we left them a list, which they received politely). Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Had to ask for a second towel, and there should have been more paper products availabile in room upon arrival. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was adequate."
