"Fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed at the property on our way to a cruise and I've got to say this was amazing. As we entered the property we checked in at the bar which was quick and easy. Our room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was near shopping, the rail, the cruise port and hop and go adventures. What more can you ask for? If you're looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely a town you should check out and this is a hotel suitable for a romantic getaway or even a girls fun weekend. No matter what your adventure, this hotel and this little town should be on your bucket list. Don't miss the Penta hotel in Rostock!"

"Very family friendly place! Weather wasn't the greatest for our short stay, so we didn't enjoy the beach to the fullest, but it had plenty to do otherwise and all staff were kind and acommodating."

"Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast was good. They are not open for dinner, neither is their bar. That does not make any sense. Great price m, but probably higher when their is a match next door. "

"The hotel provided instructions for late arrival (if after 10:00 pm). I arrived at 9:05pm and the hotel was locked up and the late arrive instructions were useless (no code box as described), they would not answer my calls. I could not enter and it and was below freezing. I had to find another hotel with rooms open by foot. The next day the hotel manager would not accept responsibility and said the hotel registration closes at 8:30 - despite the letter I received the previous day clearly indicating 10:00. She would not offer a refund for my prepaid booking - despite it costing me $$$ to sleep elsewhere. If you are looking to book here - DON"T go to the Neptun - it is wonderful. RUN RUN AWAY from these unreasonable and dishonest hosts. "
