"A beautiful apartment, accurately described that was close to everything in Warnemunde. We did not need a car and were able to walk everywhere and use the train to get back and forth to Rostock proper. Close to grocery store and all types of food - especially fish! Despite not speaking German we were able to communicate with the owner through our friend and the owner's daughter. Loved it!"

Achtung: Die Stadt Rostock hat sich ein 'tolles' Pollerwerk für die Strandzone einfallen lassen. Es ist nicht ganztägig möglich, mit dem Auto durchzufahren. Unbedingt zuvor informieren!"

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz am Haus dazu gebucht, was sehr empfehlenswert ist, da keine Parkplätze in der Nähe waren."

"Wie im Inserat beschrieben liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr außerhalb, direkt am Wald. Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Rad eine knappe halbe Stunde und nach Rostock ca. eine Stunde. Einfach und pragmatisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sauber und zweckmäßig. Ein richtiger Kleiderschrank hätte uns gefehlt, wenn man ein wenig länger bleibt, ist der Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend."

"I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. Another person said to walk to the bus station and take the bus which we did. It took us almost two hours to get to the hotel. When we were checking in, the phone rang several times and none of the people checking us in answered the phone. When we checked out of the hotel, we just realized that we were overcharged by 50 Euros and our bill is INCORRECT. We were charged 50 Euros for parking a car, which is a problem because we did not have a car. Thus, a credit needs to be issued on the credit card used. We already left Germany and are not returning. The correct total amount should be 25,90 Euros, not 75,90 Euros. The bill number is 1297678 . Thank you Ronald and Lena Marie Berezniak"
