Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Leider ist die Fläche am Buffet sehr begrenzt, wodurch es zu einer Schlange kommt. Der Autoverkehr in den Morgenstunden ist störend. Im großen und Ganzen ist es aber Okay für das Geld.

Great room with basic cooking facilities in a great location with sipermarkets and olaces to eat. The only issue was the wifi didnt work meaning i had to use my data.

Zur Buchung stand ein Preis von 48,-€ drin zzgl. Frühstück. Bezahlt habe ich 60,-€ zzgl. Frühstück. Nur um zu schlafen und morgens etwas zu sich zu nehmen ist es ok. Es war sauber aber einfach. Mit dem Stadtteil habe ich mich leider vorher nicht befasst.

Bra hotell

Vi valde ett rum med delad badrum, det ångrar vi på, men toalett/dusj var i samma korridor. Rummet var stort med ett extra rum som innehöll pentry med kokmöjlighet, kylskåp, handfat och bord plus 2 stolar. Allt var väldigt fint och rent. Nära till sporvagn och butiker. Vi kommer nog igen 😊

Hab Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt, wurde aber nicht draufhingewiesen, dass ich spezielle Kost auch angeben konnte. 19 € demzufolge nur für 3 Tassen Kaffee, keine Teilerstattung gegeben. Zimmer war sog. "Jugendherberge " Gemeinschaftsbad und Toilette auf drm Gang, demzufolge laut nachts mit Tür knallen. Auch da kein Hinweis zur Möglichkeit zum umbuchen bekommen. Also.. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!! Steht nicht im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ausserdem schlechte Auskunft bzgl. Fahrziele erreichen. SAG NUR NIE WIEDER!!

Das Hotel liegt in einer Hochhaussiedlung. Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Bus und Straßenbahn 3/4 min zu Fuß, S-Bahn 10 min oder mit Bus erreichbar. In die Innenstadt fährt direkt die Straßenbahn in ca 30 Minuten. S-Bahn nach Warnemünde 7 Minuten. Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants Geschäfte und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir hatten ein einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad und Miniküche (2herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, diverse elektronische Geräte vorhanden). Haben das Frühstück dazugebucht. Hatten Befürchtungen was uns für 9,50 Euro Erwartet. Waren sehr positiv überrascht, für den kleinen Betrag gibt es eine gute Auswahl. Wenn einem der längere Weg in die Innenstadt nichts ausmacht, ein Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.
