"Old school charm with a modern makeover. An old house that has been updated, and WOW did they do a great job with it! Amazing use of space in this small but very functional house. Usually I have to take pictures when I check into a VRBO to document anything that's broken or damaged so I don't get charged for it later. Not the case here. Everything was in great repair and clean when we got there. I did have to bypass the Google Nest plug on the porch string-lights to get them to come on.... but then I hung out on the porch swing until 3am just relaxing and having a cocktail. The neighborhood was super quiet! Everybody sleep really well. My best friend slept on the couch, I took the king bed, and my daughter & her boyfriend took the queen bed. We all slept great! I used the kitchen in the morning to cook orange rolls in the oven, and bacon & eggs. All equipment worked perfectly, and they provided pots, pans, sheet trays, cooking utensils, etc.... plates, bowls, silverware... everything you need. Check out was really easy; we had to wash and put away all the dishes & cookware we used, but that no big deal at all.10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!"

"The property was in a perfect location for us, quick drive into the city to do family things, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. I’ll start with the good. Kitchen fully stocked was a big help, plenty of bath towels for the whole family and extras!! That was a great bonus! Bed linens were clean, as well as blankets, throw blankets, rugs ect.. also extra bonus, there is a playground just down the road which was great for my little kids! but I will say the overall cleanliness of the property could be better and was less than ideal, there was dust on just about every area, spider webs in the corners, paint peeling inside the main bathtub, old crusty food left in the sink drains, dirty walls and doors. Also, apparently the hot tub broke just before our arrival, which I was never notified about and actually only figured out because of my kids looking through the pictures of the listing and noticing a updated photo added saying it was out of order, and no communication by the manager if or when it was getting fixed, I was told after I reached out about it that the part arrived and I would be updated, but I never heard. Also, garbage dumpsters on site were both completely full, so a guy had to come and pick up the garbage. The beds were not the best as far as comfort but they worked for what we needed. Overall, it was a great location and we would come back "

"The house was perfect! It was especially great for our kids, 4 and 5, with kid-friendly bedrooms, tons of toys to play with, books to read, and games for the whole family to play. We didn't have our dog with us, but the yard would have been great for him as well. Perfect location close to all sorts of Chattanooga activities without having to be in the middle of the city. Would 100% stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our short weekend stay in Chattenooga! We understood the home would be pet friendly, but we were a bit disappointed in the amount of pet hair on the furniture and in the bed sheets. The rest of the house seemed clean and was in a good location to explore the city."

"It was fine for a one night stay. My negative comment would be that it does not meet Vrbo standards of having the entire place to yourself. There was a woman who lived on the first floor of the house. We could see her and hear her and I’m sure that she could hear us as well. I did not care for that."
