"Old school charm with a modern makeover. An old house that has been updated, and WOW did they do a great job with it! Amazing use of space in this small but very functional house. Usually I have to take pictures when I check into a VRBO to document anything that's broken or damaged so I don't get charged for it later. Not the case here. Everything was in great repair and clean when we got there. I did have to bypass the Google Nest plug on the porch string-lights to get them to come on.... but then I hung out on the porch swing until 3am just relaxing and having a cocktail. The neighborhood was super quiet! Everybody sleep really well. My best friend slept on the couch, I took the king bed, and my daughter & her boyfriend took the queen bed. We all slept great! I used the kitchen in the morning to cook orange rolls in the oven, and bacon & eggs. All equipment worked perfectly, and they provided pots, pans, sheet trays, cooking utensils, etc.... plates, bowls, silverware... everything you need. Check out was really easy; we had to wash and put away all the dishes & cookware we used, but that no big deal at all.10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!"

"We enjoyed our short weekend stay in Chattenooga! We understood the home would be pet friendly, but we were a bit disappointed in the amount of pet hair on the furniture and in the bed sheets. The rest of the house seemed clean and was in a good location to explore the city."

"The house is exactly what we wanted and looked exactly like it was. The yard with the hot tub and fire pit was very nice and relaxing. The couch was so comfy. Could curl up and read for days. Everything we needed was provided. Host was super easy to get a hold of and fixed any issue (air conditioning) and answered any questions within minutes. "

"Our stay was good. The pool table and the ping pong tables in the garage/basement need to be addressed (one reason we booked this rental). We were unable to play on each due to a drastically unlevel pool table and the ping pong net needs to be replaced and the table secured together. The ladder for the bunk beds was broken and missing 1-2 rungs making it difficult/unsafe for my grandson to use."
