"The location is exceptional, mattress is comfortable. Other than that: hair in my bedding and behind the bathroom door. To be fair to housekeeping, in order to shut the door in the insanely small bathroom, one has to stand behind the difficult to flush toilet. No restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, grab and go choices did not meet our needs and there was no microwave in the room. Front desk staff said we could pay $20 to use the microwave. Absolutely insane. Breakfast was pretty comparable to a best western spread- except the scrambled eggs were runny and cold. eggs My list of complaints could go on, but I am now happily in another hotel and want to leave the negativity behind. We stayed here a few years ago and had a very different, lovely experience. Will not return."

"Hi, I stayed in your hotel last night and the room had no working air conditioning. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times with no response, despite being told it is staffed 24 hours. I booked this room expecting air conditioning as part of the stay. Given the conditions and lack of support, I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation. Please let me know how you can resolve this."

"For the price, it’s a decent hotel. Queen room is very small so if you have multiple suitcases, it could be an issue leaving them open on the floor. Walls are quite thin so you can hear a conversation on the other end. Perfect location and walking distance to plenty of areas and public transport options."

"The location is perfect for catching a baseball game. The room was clean, the staff is amazing and friendly. I appreciated that my room was ready early and the time I did wait they kept my bags so I could explore the city. When my room was ready I received a text, it was easy and efficient."
