"We stayed for two nights in a family room whilst visiting family in Preston. The Claremont was clean, warm, comfortable and great value. We were delayed due to a cancelled ferry and they very were accommodating about a late check-in. "

"I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. "The mattress was good and the bathroom was clean. However, I got an electric shock on the kettle in the kitchen first thing. The plumbing is very noisy & this lasts all night long. The stairs are not clean. The en-suite bathroom is tiny with a faulty door. "

"This is such a cute and convenient bed & breakfast! Keyless entry made checking in/out super easy. Loved the adorable room which had a great bathroom and lovely amenities in the form of a tea kettle, coffee, tea, milk. Very walkable, very close to both train and town center. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
