"A real surprise. As good as many a top hotel for a quarter the price. Spotless, comfortable, generous tea and coffee and biscuits in the room. Large flat screen tv. Excellent mattress. My new Gloucester hotel stop off when travelling

"What a great find. Just needed an overnight near the motorway for travel purposes. Lovely place. On check in I mentioned I would be leaving before breakfast and the staff said they would have a breakfast bag ready for me when I left (without me even asking). Sure enough it was ready for me when I left at 5.30am next morning. Room was more like a small suite. Also used room service during the stay which was great "
