"First of all the hotels location in within walking distance of the Galleria! The room was clean and very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable! The only thing I think that could be better is the breakfast,maybe add a waffle maker,with a couple varieties of meat and biscuit or bagels."

"This is in an older apartment complexWe arrived at 9pm to dirty laundry in the washer, trash in the trash can, dirty toilet seats, splattered mirrors, pee stains on the carpet. There is a coffee maker w/o a coffee pot & no microwave. HVAC vent was coated in dust. The sofa is literally child sized & stained.There are no mattress protectors - just sheets directly on the mattress. Dirty kleenex on the bedroom floor. No toilet paper. No power outlet in the bathroom. Toilet seats were loose and slid when you sat on them. The photo looks like there's a grassy back yard with a fence, but that is across the street. The door to the unit is blocked and the slider opens up to mud with no grass where a drainage pipe empties. The living room is NOT as large as it seems in the photo. Both of the bedrooms are up a narrow, carpeted staircase. The bedroom door would not stay closed. We had to put a suitcase in front of the door to keep it closed for privacy when we needed it. The bathtub had hair in it. Person on the phone spoke broken English and difficult to communicate with. They wanted to send someone to look at the unit, but that would have been on Thanksgiving day, and we did not want to sit around waiting for them on a holiday or have someone in there with our things while we were gone. Besides, how are they going to clean carpets, furniture, and laundry in a timeframe that would not interfere with us being there? Overall nightmare for a holiday trip. Never again. "

"This beautiful property is absolutely anything you could ever want for a relaxing, wonderful family and friends gathering! We had the extra beauty of being surrounded by snow as we looked out at the gorgeous golf course from the huge windows! There is more than enough room with each of the 4 bedrooms having 2 queen beds and each bedroom having a beautiful bathroom with gorgeous walk in steam showers! The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for wonderful meals and delicious grilling! There is a lovely pool table, a putt putt area inside, a chess table and a poker table set up with chips to keep everyone entertained! There is a very comfortable living area with a huge screen television and each bedroom also has its own television! There are plenty of fresh towels and the water was so warm and inviting for the showers during our wintry stay! There is a lovely screened in porch with very comfortable, cushioned patio seating that overlooks the golf course! Do yourself a favor and look no further than this beautiful home for your next Birmingham getaway! "
