"If you are looking for a home thats in a safe, quiet, convenient to stores, recreation, and restaurants, this is your place? Chris made this an extremely pleasant and memorable experience for our golf group. We travel to Bham once a year to play golf and out of the past 3 visits, this one was the right on. The previous two years were very deceiving when it came to the location and the homes we visited. Very disappointing.Thanks for the hospitality Chris."

"Needed a clean place to stay for college graduation and it was perfect for our needs. Had a few things that needed immediate attention, but Judith sent someone out immediately. It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. We are veteran VRBO users and researched the property thoroughly & read the reviews. The only con is that the property is described & filtered as a 2-bath house but really is a bath & a half. There is no shower or tub in the second bathroom. Update the description. Don't expect perfect. It's not that. Very comfortable. New washer & dryer. The refrigerator needs to be updated, but it was fine for our needs.few thinngs that needed immefiate"
