An evening plat du jour meal is available and is always excellent and the local wine is a must. Lots of wonderful walking is on your doorstep as well as around nearby Rouquebrun and the coast is not far away either. Also a perfect stopover on your way to/from the Spanish resorts."

Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!"
